Privacy as machinery, not as a paragraph.
A private room is a bookable resource type. A floor-facing screen shows an initial, not a name. A photograph carries a consent record that can be revoked. None of that is a policy page — it is how the software is built.

What it is
An operating platform for a women's beauty group with three branches. The specialist is the bookable unit; rooms, chairs and lash beds are capacity the calendar refuses to double-sell; colour processing time releases the stylist so those minutes can be resold; deposits are risk-scored with an audit trail; packages, memberships and loyalty are one wallet; and at-home service is a mode of the same calendar rather than a separate product.

- 2
- sides: client and management
- 6
- service categories with real durations
- 1
- wallet for packages, membership and points
These describe the product and its seeded demonstration world. They are not a client's operating figures.
Who it is built for
The client on her phone, and the people who have to make the day fit.
Every screen on these pages is redrawn in the browser from the product itself. None of it is a captured image.
The client
Books a specialist through real availability, sees the deposit stated as a credit rather than a penalty, holds one wallet for packages and points, and controls what appears on a screen in the salon.

Three decisions that shaped it
- 01
Processing time is capacity, not a gap
While colour develops, the stylist is free. Modelling that explicitly is the difference between a full book and a busy one.
- 02
The deposit leads with the credit
Every deposit line states that it comes off the bill before it states the cancellation rule. The same policy, in an order a client accepts.
- 03
The formula card is the retention product
What was mixed, in what ratio, for how long, and what changed since last time. A returning client is really returning to a record.
How it is built
- Privacy is enforced in the data model: masked display names, private rooms as a resource type, consent records attached to photographs.
- The calendar refuses impossible bookings rather than accepting them and failing at the chair.
- Portfolios are drawn in the interface rather than photographed, so no person's image is used.
- Arabic first with right-to-left throughout, complete English, Latin numerals, and second-person address written for the client.

Running more than one branch?
If your calendar cannot tell you which chair is free at four o'clock, that is where we would start.
