What it is
A management platform for a gym and combat-sports club: memberships and contracts, class booking with waitlists, belts and gradings, term-based children's programmes, and two branches with separate timetables. Everything renders in a phone frame with a control bar that switches interface and language, so any part can be reached mid-conversation.

WhatsApp is an interface, not a notifier
A booking made in a thread creates the same record the member app lists and the coach's roster prints, tagged with the channel it came from. Cover accepted in a thread reassigns the class on the timetable.

The timetable is a constraint, not a calendar
Rooms, coach availability, class capacity and clearance rules all refuse an impossible booking rather than accepting it and failing later at the door.

Children are not small adults
Term-based enrolment, guardians, and a separate progress model. Bolting kids onto an adult membership is the usual shortcut and it breaks at the first term boundary.
How it is built
- One deterministic seed builds the whole club; every action writes to a single in-browser ledger that all five interfaces read.
- Arabic first with right-to-left throughout, a complete English translation, and Latin numerals in both.
- Every screen is a deep link, so any part of the product can be opened directly.
- A reset rebuilds the world identically, dated relative to today, so it is never stale.
