Solutions
Five things, built properly.
We do not keep a service catalogue. This is the work we have done end to end and would take on again tomorrow. Anything outside it, we will tell you honestly.
What we build
AI agents
You are probably here if
A queue of cases arrives every day, each one has to be read before anyone can act on it, and the people doing that reading are your most expensive.
Systems that read what comes in, decide inside limits you set, act in your software, and hand the case to a person when they should.
AI agents in detailCovers
- Reads the messy input
- Acts in your software
- Knows its limits
Automation
You are probably here if
Someone re-types the same figures into a second system every day, and the month closes late because of it.
The manual steps between systems: intake, matching, approvals, reconciliation, the report someone rebuilds every morning.
Automation in detailCovers
- Intake
- Matching and reconciliation
- Approvals
Mobile and web products
You are probably here if
Your team works around the software instead of inside it, and the workaround has quietly become the process.
Products that hold up in daily use — Arabic first, right-to-left as the default, fast on a mid-range phone.
Mobile and web products in detailCovers
- Arabic is the starting point
- Roles before screens
- The real state, not the happy path
WhatsApp systems
You are probably here if
Your inbox answers the same four questions all day, and the answers live in a person's head rather than in a system.
Threads where a booking, a payment or a reschedule actually completes, writing to the same records as the app.
WhatsApp systems in detailCovers
- Transactions, end to end
- Free text, not only buttons
- Staff journeys
IT delivery
You are probably here if
The system works, but nobody inside the company can change it, and every small request goes back to whoever built it.
Integration with what you already run, deployment into your environment, and operating the system after launch.
IT delivery in detailCovers
- Integration with what exists
- Deployment into your environment
- Running it
How they fit
One stack, not a menu.
Almost nothing we have built used only one of these. A product needs the integration behind it, an agent needs the automation under it, and a WhatsApp thread needs both. We stage and price them separately so you can stop after any one of them.
Start with the smallest whole thing
We would rather finish one process end to end than start five. The first milestone is chosen because it can be delivered, used and judged.
The second piece names itself
Once one flow is in production the next constraint is obvious, and it is rarely the one a roadmap written beforehand would have picked.
Stopping is a normal outcome
Every stage ends with something running and something owned. If you stop there, nothing you have paid for stops working.
Not sure which of these is your problem?
Describe the process in a sentence or two. We will tell you which of these it is, or that it is none of them.
